Thank you for shopping with Aygience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date the order ships, not from the order date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Regions We Ship To
We currently ship to the United States (contiguous states), Canada and Mexico. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or any country outside North America at this time.
Taxes & Duties
For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination state; no customs duties apply to domestic shipments. For orders shipped to Canada or Mexico, any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Delays
In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to carrier capacity, weather, customs or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at jasonwei0593@hotmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States (contiguous states), Canada and Mexico. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
